Virtual Therapy
Virtual therapy creates a quiet, intentional space for reflection and connection right where you are.
Through a secure online platform, individuals and partners across Ontario can engage in therapy that honours presence, care, and belonging.
I am committed to providing care that is:
- fair, impartial, dignity-preserving
- inclusive of all identities and relationship structures
- collaborative, consent-based, and emotionally safe
- responsive to your needs at a pace that honours wellbeing
You are always invited to share what feels important for me to know, so that therapy can support you without sides, without judgment, and without pressure to be anything other than human. Your story belongs. Your needs matter. You belong here.
Virtual Session Privacy & Safety
For your safety and confidentiality, virtual sessions must be attended from a private, quiet, and stationary location. Sessions cannot take place while driving, walking, or in public or shared spaces. A secure and uninterrupted environment allows therapy to be meaningful, focused, and supportive.
Technology & Emergency Considerations:
Virtual therapy is not appropriate for emergencies. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are at immediate risk, please contact:
- 9-1-1 – Emergency Services
- 9-8-8 – Suicide Crisis Helpline (Call or Text)
- A crisis line is available in your region
Clients are encouraged to share their physical location at the start of virtual sessions, so appropriate support can be identified if needed.
Accessibility & Virtual Therapy (AODA-Informed)
In keeping with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW) Standards of Practice, I am committed to providing services that are respectful, inclusive, and accessible wherever reasonably possible.
At this time, virtual therapy may have limitations in fully supporting individuals who are Deaf, blind, or who require specialized accessibility accommodations beyond what can be provided through my current secure virtual platform. Where accessibility needs cannot be adequately met, I am committed to ethical practice, transparent communication, and supporting appropriate referrals to ensure clients receive care that best meets their needs.
