I believe there is no single path to healing, love, or belonging.
My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, and anti-oppressive. I draw primarily from:

· The Developmental Model of Relationship Therapy
· Trauma-aware and nervous-system-informed frameworks
· CNM-affirming and consent-based relationship care
· Equity-aware and anti-oppressive relational care
In our work together, we pay attention to emotional safety, patterns of connection and disconnection, and the ways power, culture, identity, and past experiences shape relationships — both with ourselves and with others.
At Belong Space, therapy is collaborative and paced with care. We slow things down, listen beneath the surface, and create space for repair, clarity, and meaningful change.
