Cancellation (Old)

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be charged the full session fee, as the time has been reserved exclusively for you.  

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect other clients’ appointments. The full session fee applies.   Exceptions may be considered in cases of unforeseen emergencies, at the clinician’s discretion.
